A few things to know.
What happens after my 7-day free trial?
Your LiveOrg One trial includes the whole released platform for 7 days from activation: unlimited companies, unlimited org charts, and all released features. A credit card is required. When the trial ends, your selected subscription renews at $9 per month or $90 per year unless you cancel before the trial ends.
What does “unlimited” include?
LiveOrg One has no limit on the number of companies or org charts you create. Each chart supports up to 200 cards, including departments, and up to 128 KiB of chart data. Prepared photo uploads are limited to 1 MiB per photo; images can be up to 10 MiB and are resized to 192×192 portraits. These are per-chart and per-photo limits, not a total storage allowance. No credit packs or overage charges apply.
Are future updates and collaboration included?
All released platform features and future updates are automatically included while subscribed. There are no per-editor or viewer charges within the subscribing organization. Charts are currently private to their creator; shared-chart and real-time collaboration are not available yet.
How does annual billing work?
LiveOrg One is $90 paid annually up front, equivalent to $7.50 per month. You pay for ten months at the $9 monthly rate and get two months free, saving $18 compared with twelve monthly payments. Annual subscriptions renew yearly unless canceled. If you cancel mid-year, renewal stops and access continues through the end of your paid year. There are no partial-year or prorated refunds for unused time.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid monthly or annual period. Manage your subscription or cancel renewal from your profile using the Stripe billing portal. Cancel before your 7-day trial ends to avoid the first charge.
Can I explore LiveOrg before requesting access?
Yes. Open the live dashboard demo to explore a fictional organization. The demo is read-only and does not require an account.
